Lake Geneva, WI, in the winter is slower, quieter, and full of simple moments like this—and honestly, that’s what makes it so special. 🤍

Go sledding at Grand Geneva – Perfect for little ones and such an easy way to enjoy the snow.

Bundled up and ready for snow, we headed to the kids’ sledding hill at Grand Geneva in my Bronco Sport. If you have a toddler, you already know the routine—boots, mittens, snacks… repeat. Once Tre was strapped into his car seat and happily sipping from his Hydro Flask Micro Hydro, he was ready to roll. Independent sips? ✅ No spills? ✅ One less thing for me to think about while driving.

I had my 24 oz Hydro Flask Wide Mouth with the Flex Straw Cap, which fit perfectly in the cupholder so I could sip without taking my eyes off the road. Both bottles were gifted from Hydro Flask, and they seriously came in clutch—keeping us hydrated, comfortable, and feeling good while we were still on the mend.

When we arrived, we grabbed a sled and made our way up the hill. Tre was a little unsure at first—snow can feel big and unfamiliar—but he trusts Mommy. So we went down together, laughing the entire way. Watching him experience snow with so much curiosity and joy made every extra layer and mitten battle completely worth it.

Dine in an igloo at Pier 290 – Lakeside Igloo Dining is such a fun and cozy winter experience.

Afterward, we leaned into cozy winter vibes with Lakeside Igloo Dining at Pier 290—and this is a must. We went for breakfast, which I highly recommend. There’s a $40 deposit, and you’re rewarded with a private igloo, stunning lake views, and a bottle of prosecco to enjoy while you dine. It’s warm, relaxed, and such a fun way to experience Lake Geneva in the winter—especially if you’re looking for something unique without feeling rushed.
